A Joint Interest (JI) and Audit committee vote was held at the April 2022 National Spring Conference in Galveston. Both documents passed in JI with a 2/3 vote. Audit passed both documents with a majority vote. A Council vote is anticipated in October 2022 during the Fall National Conference.
MFI-40 Update
The MFI-40, 24 Month Adjustment Period for Joint Account Adjustments, is again being worked on. The first draft completed August 16, 2021, can be viewed on the COPAS website (www.copas.org).
