BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

By becoming a member of COPAS-San Antonio, you will learn more about the petroleum industry’s best accounting practices, standards, and guidelines…opening up exciting new avenues for you and your career!

Membership is available to any person actively engaged in accounting in the energy industry or providing services to energy accounting professionals.  Memberships run from September through April. Membership includes:

• Free registration to our eight monthly luncheon series including opportunities to earn up to 15 hours CPE credit throughout the year
• Free registration to our networking events 
• A one-year subscription to the ACCOUNTANTS magazine, issued from COPAS
• Access to resources and training materials from COPAS
• Access to our local career opportunities and job positing board,
• Access to our interactive forum
• Access to advanced certification through the APA program offered by COPAS

The annual membership fee is $180 / year.

With a COPAS membership you can become a member of a task force, chapter committee, engage in the development of the accounting standards and guidelines and take advantage of the networking opportunities with fellow oil and gas associates!
