As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, online search, and market research.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our visibility and establish new business contacts.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Management: Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the AMS-PAR management team to align business development strategies and company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales pipeline status, business development activities, key performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience related to audit / accounting services. Familiarity with oil and gas accounting and operations a plus.
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with online mailing and advertising campaign management is desirable.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Must have the ability to travel up to 25%.
