Course Description:

Discuss why ‘Supplier Contract Compliance Reviews’ serve as an invaluable tool for a client’s business. By conducting them regularly, the greater insight you will have into which suppliers should be chosen for review of their invoicing, operations, labor, and transportation costs and practices. Conducting an efficient evaluation and selection process before the audit begins will provide the possibility of better monetary returns for the company, as well as possible contractual improvements, help eliminate unnecessary expenses, and bolster the performance of the suppliers picked for review. About Rob Robinson

Rob Robinson leads the Horn Solutions Dallas and Austin operations with additional responsibilities for Business Development, Training, and Technology operations for all locations. He graduated from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business with a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance. During stints with two publicly traded professional services firms, he held significant roles of responsibility, which culminated with a field executive position overseeing the Southern United States and encompassed 13 offices, 250 operations employees, 1200 client delivery consultants and $130M p&l. He is recognized as an industry leader and specializes in growing existing businesses with an operational and management strategy focus.

Rob is actively involved with his church where he has served in various leadership capacities focused on the development and growth of the youth group. He spends most of his time outside the office with his wife, Trisha, and their 6 children enjoying local lakes, attending their sporting events, or working out to stay fit.
