This is the most recent draft of the 202X Accounting Procedure. I highlighted in yellow the added language in the draft that is new or different than the 2005 Accounting Procedure. Comments to the most recent Accounting Procedure draft is due by Thursday FEB 17. Please send your comments to me. The San Antonio Executive Committee will evaluate the comments and try and establish how our San Antonio COPAS Society’s Joint Interest and Audit committees will vote during our April Spring Conference in Galveston. After the San Antonio Executive Committee determines what vote to cast, I will email our members whether we vote “YES” or “NO” to approve the AP draft and MFI.
